Hi, I’m Connie Preston Parker — a spiritual author, lifelong journaler, and ascension guide walking the spiral of remembrance one page, one prayer, and one soul seed at a time.

I’ve sensed other realms since I was very young — seeing angels and spirits at an age when most children are still learning to tie their shoes. At the time, I didn’t have words for what I was experiencing. Now, I do.

This site is more than a platform. It’s the place where I’ve come to finally gather the pieces of my journey — the journals I’ve filled for decades, the books I started and tucked away, the channeled messages that never left my heart. It’s all part of something I now call Living Ascension — a sacred unfolding of healing, soul remembrance, and multidimensional growth.
